White Chocolate Mousse

Our eyes get attracted towards all those fancy looking desserts in market. How much thrilling is the experience when you serve the same to your near and dear ones with your creativity. You can believe me these exotic dishes only need motivation to make, rest is too easy. Try this to believe




Preparation Time : 20 Min

Cooking Time : 0 Min

Ingredients :


  • 150 gm White Chocolate compound
  • 2 Cup whipped cream
  • Few canned cherries or you can use fresh one if available
  • Mint leaves for garnishing



Procedure :
  • In a microsafe bowl take white chocolate compound and microwave it on medium for 1 minute. so that it becomes smooth
  • Now take a bowl add whipped cream and melted white chocolate mix both well till it is smooth



  • Take a serving dish add 1 tablespoon of chopped cherries .

  • Now add a layer of mousse mixture. to give it a neat look use piping bag


  • Garnish it with cherry and mint leaves

Tips: 
  • While melting chocolate you can add few drops of milk also to get a nice smooth texture
  • For melting chocolate you can use double boiler also
  • If you are using fresh cherries then you can use it normal or to enhance the flavour add 2 tablespoon of sugar in 1 cup of chopped cherries and heat it in a pan for 4-5 minute to get a nice sauce kind of texture

Crispy Banana and Peanut balls

Crispy Banana and Peanut balls

Now delight your guests with crunchy snacks having goodness of peanuts, Paneer and banana. It will be a welcome change over usual cutlets and pakodas...



Preparation Time : 30 Min

Cooking Time : 10 Min

Ingredients :
  • 2 Raw banana boiled and peeled
  • 1 Boiled potato
  • 100 gm Paneer grated (cottage cheese)
  • 2 Tablespoon bread crumbs 
  • 1 Tablespoon of roasted and crushed peanuts
  • 2 Chopped green chillies
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped coriander 
  • 1 Teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt according to taste
  • Chilly powder according to taste
For Coating :
  • 2 Tablespoon roasted and crushed Peanuts
  • 1 Tablespoon bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Procedure :
  • Boil potato and banana, keep them aside. Finish cutting and chopping of green chillies and coriander
  • Roast peanuts and blend them in a mixer 
  • Now take a bowl, add boiled potato and banana, mash them together

  • Now add grated paneer to this, roasted peanuts, bread crumbs, green chilly, chopped coriander, salt and chilly powder, mix all ingredients together and form a dough as shown in picture




  • Now form a balls from this dough
  • In a plate take crushed peanuts and breadcrumbs and mix them well. Now roll balls over this mixture and keep aside




  • Now In a pan take oil for frying and once the oil is hot, fry these balls on medium flame and fry till they turn light golden brown in color 

  • Take out the balls on paper napkin to remove excess oil

  • Serve hot with tea or coffee ...

Strawberry Frappe

Strawberry Frappe

We all love strawberies and now you can enjoy much fancied frappe of restaurants or cafes at your home with all members



Preparation Time : 2 Hours 10 Min (for setting Ice cubes)

Cooking Time : 0 Min

Serves : 2

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoon Strawberry syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar (or according to your taste)
  • 2 Scoop vanilla Ice cream
  • 10 -12 Milk ice-cubes (just set milk in a ice tray)
  • 6 - 7 Ice cubes or 1 Cup crushed Ice
For garnishing :
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
  • 1 Teaspoon colourful confetti 
Procedure :
  • In a mixer take all the ingredients and mix it well till you get a nice creamy texture



  • Take a glass and pour this mixture 


  • Garnish it with vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream and sprinkle some sugar confetti


  • Serve chilled

Paneer Shashlik

Paneer Shashlik

 Paneer Shashlik fast and easy party snacks when you don't have enough time and you wish to rock your guests with your culinary skills. It also gives enough veggies and Paneer to your kids. So delight them.



Preparation Time : 15 Min


Cooking Time : 10 Min


Ingredients :
  • 200gm Paneer cut into pieces 
  • 1 Cup diced vegetables (capsicum, bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil for cooking
For Marination :
  • 1 Teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato chilly sause
  • 1 Teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon cornflour
  • Salt according to taste
  • Crushed black pepper according to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • Shashlik stick
Procedure :
  • Wash and cut vegetables and keep them aside
  • For marination : Take a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, tomato chilly sauce, soya sauce, salt, 1 teaspoon olive oil, pepper and cornflour and mix all well



  • Now add paneer to this and keep aside for 5 minutes

  • Now add diced vegetables to this except cherry tomatoes, mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes


  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half sprinkle salt and black pepper to this
  • Now take shashlik stick and arrange cherry tomato, paneer and vegetables as shown in picture or as you wish

  • Take a grill pan brush some oil on this, now keep the paneer and vegetable sticks on pan and cook it on medium flame from all sides




  • Once it is cooked nicely, serve it hot with lemon juice, salad and mint chutney

Ice-Cream Soda

"Dil toh bachha hai ji......" My friends were one day talking about their childhood and sharing their experiences. It was so fun. Everyone decided to rotate the bottle and decide who would organize the next gathering. The bottle stopped at me. Although, I accepted the challenge, I was in a dilemma how to attract a child's mind. Suddenly, colors came to my mind and made this beverage, which is, full of colors. They were all astonished at my idea. Thought to share with you. You may also remember those fun days......






Preparation Time : 5 - 7 Min

Cooking Time : 0 Min

Serves : 3

Ingredients :


  • 2 Tablespoon Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 2 Tablespoon Hershey's strawberry syrup
  • 6 Scoop vanilla Ice-cream
  • 400 Ml plain soda or sprite 
  • 200 Ml Mirinda
  • Few ice cubes
Procedure :

For Chocolate Soda
  • Take a glass add Ice-cubes, 2 scoops of vanilla Ice-cream then add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and then add sprite or soda to this

For Strawberry Soda
  • Take a glass add ice-cubes, 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream, then strawberry syrup and add sprite or soda to this


For Orange Soda

  • Take a glass add ice-cubes, 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream and then top up this with Mirinda or you can use orange squash with soda


All three Ice-cream sodas are ready let every one choose according to their taste
