Rava idli is an easy and instant option over rice idli. This recipe is a good breakfast option or a filling snacks which can be served to our guests. This is full of vegetables and made by using very less oil so overall this is a very colorful and healthy option.

Preparation Time : 30  Min

Cooking Time : 10 Min

Ingredients :

Ingredients
For Idli 
  • Rava or Suji 2 cup
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Eno 1 Sachet
  • Salt according to taste
  • Chilly 1/2 tea spoon
  • Haldi or Turmeric Pinch
  • Oil for greasing idli tray 



For Tadka :
Idli Batter
  • Mustard seed 1 tea spoon
  • Curry leaves 5-6
  • Green Chilly 2 No.
  • Spring Onion chopped 1
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Beans 1 cup chopped 
  • Red bell pepper 1
  • Yellow bell pepper 1
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Cabbage 1 cup chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking 1 table spoon

Procedure :

  • Mix all the ingredients for idli in a bowl except eno. Make a smooth batter keep it aside for 20 min. 
  • Take an idli tray and grease it with oil. Now add Eno to the batter and pour this batter on an idli tray. 
  • Steam it for 15 to 20 min.
  • Once idli is ready, remove it from tray and dice it into pieces.
  • Next take a kadai add oil to this, then add mustard seed and curry leaves. 
  • Now saute sliced onion, once the onion is done add beans, red, yellow and green capsicum to it saute it for 2 to 3 min then add cabbage and spring onion to it.
  • Vegetable & idli ready for tadka
  • Time to add salt to vegetables and at last rava idli. mix it well with vegetables. 




Serve it hot with chutney of your taste.

Lemonade is all time favorite. Every one likes to have it any time a day to beat the heat of summer. I have tried a twist in my lemonade by adding ginger and mint . My family enjoyed it hope same for yours......

Preparation Time : 15 Min

Ingredients : 
Ingredients
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 Lemon
  • 2 spoon sugar
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • Pinch of black salt
  • 500 ml Nimbooz Masala soda
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Presentation :
  • Few mint leaves
  • Lemon Slices
  • Straw
  • To give some color to it add roohafza

Crushed lemon, mint & ginger
Procedure : 

First we have to crush the mint leaves, lemon (cut into small pieces)  and grated ginger together. In a jar add sugar, black salt and water and make a mixture now add the crushed mint, lemon & ginger in the jar.
While serving take a glass pour 1/4 th of jar mixture in a glass. now add crushed ice cube in a glass. now fill the glass with Nimbooz Masala soda. Lemonade is ready to serve.

Biscuit walnut muffins are very simple & easy recipe. You can surprise your kids any time with these cup cakes or muffins for their tiffin, party time or any time.....

Preparation Time : 10 Min

Cooking Time : 5 - 7 Min

Ingredients : 
Ingredients
  • Parle G Biscuit 12 nos.
  • Hide & Seek Biscuit 20 nos.
  • Milk 1 Cup
  • Sugar 2 Table Spoon
  • Coffee 1 Tea Spoon
  • Eno 1 Sachet
  • Walnut Chopped 1/2 cup
  • Oil for greasing muffin cups
Presentation :
  • Icing Sugar 2 Tea Spoon
  • Few Colorful Sugar balls 

Procedure :

Grind Parle G, Hide & Seek Biscuit, Sugar & coffee together in a mixy and make a fine mixture. Transfer this mixture in a bowl and add milk to it make a fine paste. Now add chopped walnut to this paste. At last add Eno and mix it well.

Now take your muffin cups grease it with oil. pour the mixture in it. Now microwave your muffins for 5 to 7 min at 600 watt or set the power level of your microwave to medium. Once it is done take out from microwave and check it is cooked properly or not.



For presentation you can serve it hot and dust some icing sugar over it and sprinkle some colorful sugar balls on it. Now make your kids happy and win their hearts & appreciation towards your love & affection......



Tip : If you are not using muffins mould in that case you can make it in a cake tin but then cooking time will increased by 2 to 3 minute

A sandwich is a food item consisting of one or more types of food placed on or between slices of bread. It can be eaten anytime when one is hungry. So lets make an interesting "Fruit Paneer Green Sandwich".

Ingredients :

  • Brown Bread 4 Slice
  • Green Zucchini 1
  • Red Bell Pepper 1
  • Green Capsicum 1
  • Pineapple Slice 2
  • Paneer 200gm
  • Cheese Slice 2No
  • Lettuce Leaf
  • Jalapenos
  • Butter
  • Green Chutney
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oil for Grilling 
Presentation:
  • Tooth Pick
  •  Red Bell Pepper
  • Salad
Procedure :

Grilled Veggie, Pineapple & paneer
First we have to grill green zucchini, red bell pepper, capsicum, pineapple and paneer on a tava with a very less oil.Side by side toast the bread. Now apply green chutney on one slice and butter on next slice. 




Preparation Time



Now all the preparation is done we can assemble our sandwich. Take a bread slice with green chutney put some lettuce leaves on it, now place grilled zucchini, red and green capsicum then paneer and pineapple. At last place a cheese slice which is every ones favorite. 





Ready to Eat
Now close the sandwich with the butter slice. Cut it into triangles. Place it on a Platter and fix it with toothpick and red pepper. Serve it with some chips and salad.

Healthy & Tasty Salad


Fresh Green Salad is not only good for health but it is also very refreshing. But it is very difficult to make our kids eat healthy salad. However, if we do some crazy innovation to our "healthy green salad" I am sure your kids will enjoy it till the bowl is empty.   


Preparation Time: 15 Min  

Cooking Time : 5 Min

Ingredients : 

  • Iceberg 4 - 5 leaves
  • Red, Yellow & Green Capsicum: 1 Cup cut into square pieces  
  • Tomato cut into pieces without seed
  • Sweet corn half cup steamed
  • Spring onion greens chopped
  • Macroni 1 cup boiled
  • Pineapple tits bits half cup


Dressing :

  • 1 Spoon lemon Juice
  • 1 Spoon olive oil
  • 1 Table Spoon Honey
  • Crushed Black pepper half tea spoon
  • Finely chopped mint leaves
  • Salt according to taste 

Presentation : 

  • Few black olives
  • Some crushed & roasted Peanuts

Procedure : 

Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl except Iceberg. Prepare dressing (lemon juice, olive oil, honey, black pepper, mint leaves, salt) in a different bowl. Now mix the dressing with the salad nicely.

Presentation Tip : Take a colorful platter & place the iceberg on it now transfer all the salad from bowl to this platter. add some black olives and roasted peanuts to give a crunchy and nutty taste to your "Colorful & Healthy Salad"
