Tagliatelle (Ribbon) Pasta in Red Sauce

Tagliatelle (Ribbon) Pasta in Red Sauce 



A very light pasta slightly saute with garlic and oregano. Topped with Tomato and capsicum sauce with a garlic and oregano flavor.

Preparation : 10 Min

Cooking Time : 15 Min


Ingredients :
  • 200 gm Tagliatelle Pasta (Ribbon Pasta)
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • Salt according to taste
For Red Sauce :
  • 6 Tomatoes nicely Blanched
  • 2 Table spoon olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 capsicum chopped nicely 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon chilly powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon sugar
  • Salt According to taste 
Procedure :
  • First boil water along with half tablespoon olive oil and salt. Add the Tagliatelle and boil till it is cooked but make sure it is not over cooked
  • Put it in a pasta strainer and pour cold water on it
  • Now take a pan add remaining olive oil, add garlic paste, saute it then add salt, pepper,chilly flakes, oregano and pasta. Cook this for a minute or two
  • Arrange it in a bowl 

  • For Sauce
  • First chop the blanched tomatoes.
  • Now heat the olive oil and garlic paste, saute it for a minute. Add chilly powder, oregano and cook for a minute. Now add chopped onions, saute it and add chopped tomatoes, capsicum, salt and sugar. Cook it on high flame for 6 to 7 minutes till the mixture comes into sauce consistency 
  • Sauce is ready pour it over the arranged Tagliatelle Pasta garnish it with oregano seasoning and serve it with toast garlic bread

Sweet Corns and Beans Salad



Salads are always a good option for healthy eating. This one is my favorite very easy and simple to make. this can be used as a Sandwich filling or as a side vegetable also.

Preparation Time  : 10 Min

Coking Time : 10 Min



Ingredients :
  • 1 Cup chopped french beans
  • 1 Medium Potato finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Sweet corns blanched
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Chopped garlic(optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon chilly flakes
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1Tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
Procedure :
  • First chop French beans and potato and blanch sweet corns
  • Now take a pan ad olive oil and ginger saute it for a minute now add chopped potatoes saute it nicely
  • Once the potato is done add chopped beans to it saute it for 2 to 3 minute. Now add salt and Chilly flakes
  • Now add blanched Sweet corn mix it well . Serve it with bread, rice or chapati ....... whatever you like..... or just eat it like this....

I am sure every one likes Ice creams.  For weekend we all plan something special for our family. To pamper someone this really works...... Mango, Kiwi, Vanilla ice-cream, Strawberry ice-cream, nuts, brownie ...... what else is required .....



Preparation Time : 10 Min

Serves : 2

Ingredients :
  • 2 Scoop Vanilla Ice-cream
  • 2 Scoop Strawberry Ice-cream
  • 1 Cup chopped Kiwi Fruit
  • 1 Cup chopped Mango
  • 1 Cup diced brownie 
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed cashew nut
  • 1 Table spoon Rose syrup
  • 1 Table spoon tooty-fruity
For Presentation :
  • Kiwi Sliced.
  • Few Cherry
  • 2 Strawberry Roll
Procedure :
  • Take a nice glass add few diced brownie pieces then a scoop of vanilla Ice-cream
  • Now add 1 tablespoon chopped mangoes half side of glass and 1 tablespoon of chopped kiwi on the other side

  • Now press the fruits slowly and add a scoop of strawberry ice-cream. Garnish it with crushed nuts, tooty-fruity and top it with a spoon of rose syrup
  • Before serving add a strawberry roll, cherry and kiwi slice
  • Weekend Special surprise is ready. Serve it to your beloved ones

Tips : You Can change the flavor of Ice-cream according to your taste and even the choice of fruits. So always try some thing new in your cooking. This one is loaded with calories but weekends are special so ........

We all love to have desserts. Cottage Cheese Pistachio and Almond Rolls is a very simple to make and yummy to taste dessert. It is having a softness of cottage cheese with a crunch of nuts like Pistachio and Almond.

Resting Time : 30 Min



Ingredients :
  • 200gm Cottage Cheese grated
  • 2 Table spoon Powdered sugar
  • Pinch of Cardamom Powder (elaichi)
  • 2 to 3 drops of Almond or Vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed pistachio
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon milk if required 
  • Finely Crushed Pistachio for rolling
  • Finely Crushed Almond for rolling
  • Colorful Sugar coated bolls for rolling (optional)
Procedure :
  • In a bowl take grated cottage cheese, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and almond or vanilla essence mix it well
  • Now add crushed pistachio, almond and if required a tablespoon of milk. knead it nicely and form a soft dough
  • Now divide the mixture into 8 equal portion and form a roll shape
  • Now roll  half of this in crushed Pistachio and the other half in almonds. 
  • You can even roll them in colorful sugar bolls, to give it a colorful look for your kids
  • Now keep the rolls in Refrigerator for 30 Min. allow them to set
  • Serve it chilled

Orangy Melon Twist is a very refreshing Musk Melon drink enriched with the richness of vitamin C.

Preparation Time  : 10 Min

Cooking Time : 0 Min

Ingredients :
  • 1 Musk Melon 
  • 1 Table Spoon lemon juice
  • Crushed Ice 1 cup
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • Few Mint Leaves
  • 2 Cup Orange Juice
For Presentation :
  • 1 Cup chilled melon scoop
  • Cherry or Strawberry according to availability
  • Few Mint leaver
  • Toothpick 
Procedure :
  • First take a Melon scoop and keep it in refrigerator for some time.
  • Now in a blender or mixer add musk melon, honey, mint leaves, lemon juice and crushed ice and blend it nicely
  • Now add orange juice to this mixture mix it well
  • Take a serving glass keep 2 - 3 melon scoop ti this now pour the mixture in a glass
  • For garnishing take a toothpick add cherry and melon scoop to toothpick place it in a glass and keep a mint leaf to this.
  • Melon with Orangy Twist is ready serve it chilled.

Preparation Time : 10 Min

Ingredients


Ingredients 
  • Bread Crumbs 1 Cup 
  • 4 Potato Boiled and grated
  • 2 Tablespoon sweet corn boiled
  • 1 Medium onion chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 chopped green chilly
  • Chilly flakes according to taste
  • Salt according to taste
  • Oil for frying
Procedure :
  • Take a bowl mix all the ingredients Boiled potatoes, half of the bread crumbs, sweet corn, onion, green chilly, coriander, salt and chilly flakes. make a dough of the mixture

  • Now take a small portion of this mixture and make a  cylindrical shape bites

  • Now roll them into left bread crumbs
  • Heat oil for frying in pan once oil is hot fry bites in it. 
  • Your Potato corn bites are ready Serve it hot with your favorite dip or sauce


Tips : Use brown bread crumbs as it is healthy option over white bread. Onion is optional. you can even add other vegetables like carrot or capsicum.

Colorful drink with lots of flavour of mint, lime, orange, rose........ to color your sunset sky



Preparation Time : 10 Min

Cooking Time : 0 Min

Serving : 2


Ingredients :


  • 1 Cup Crushed Ice
  • 2 Tablespoon Blue Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoon Orange Crush
  • 2 Tablespoon Roohafza  or Rose Syrup
  • 300ml Soda Water
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • Few Mint Leaves  Chopped
For Presentation :
  • Few Lemon Slice crushed with mint leaves
  • Few Cherries
Procedure :
  • Take a Glass add bit of crushed lemon slice with mint leaves now pour crushed ice in a glass press it nicely add a tablespoon of Roohafza syrup to it
  • Now add  more crushed ice to glass and press it nicely add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to this then one tablespoon of Blue syrup. slowly add some more ice to the glass and press it nicely and add one tablespoon of orange crush to this

  • Now slowly add Soda water to the glass
  • Garnish it with crushed mint leaves and lemon slice.


  • Serve it with some cherry and enjoy your sunset slush

A Sweet and lemony rose drink with a twist of sabja seed. Which can be served anytime to beat the heat.....

Ingredients


Ingredients :
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar syrup
  • 1 Cup crushed ice
  • Pinch of black salt
  • 1 Teaspoon sabja seeds (Basil Seed)
  • 1 Tablespoon rose syrup
  • 2 Cup chilled soda water
For Presentation :
  • Lemon Slice
  • Straw



Procedure :
  •  Drain  the water out of the pre soaked sabja seeds and keep aside
  • In a shaker add lemon juice, sugar syrup and salt mix it well. now add sabja seeds and rose syrup to this. Mix well
  •  Take a glass put some crushed ice to this then pour chilled soda water and top it with the rose mixture
  • Serve it chilled with a garnish of lemon slice
