Maggi Pizza

Maggi Pizza

2 Minute Maggi is all time comfort food. I remember during my schooldays if we do something good mom use to treat us with her special Maggi...... during college days whenever we are hungry during odd hours Maggi is the only choice...... As the time changed Pizza is again a kind of comfort food .... Now if I want to treat my daughter her first choice is Pizza...... if I am occupied with work and want to order something, Pizza is the best option....... today i just combined Gen X and Gen Y fast foods together and named it Maggi Pizza, base of crispy crunchy Maggi  topped with Pizza toppings and sauces .......

  • Now take a non-stick pan add 1/2 tablespoon of oil to this and now take the cooked Maggi give it a round shape like pizza base as shown in picture. Cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on slow flame so that it is crisp from down
  • Now very gently turn it upside down. It is bit tricky (you can transfer it on plate first and then again transfer it in pan) add little bit of oil and cook it on slow flame
  • Now apply some tomato sauce on your pizza as shown in picture then apply green chutney to it
  • Now add sweet corn and capsicum topping to it and add grated paneer to this. Once it is crispy from down, transfer it on plate and cut into desired shape

  • Serve it hot ....... and enjoy Maggi and Pizza together at a same time...

Tip : To make it bit easy you can prepare mini pizzas first. Every thing is same just reduce the size of Maggi Pizza base.......
