Paneer Shashlik

Paneer Shashlik

 Paneer Shashlik fast and easy party snacks when you don't have enough time and you wish to rock your guests with your culinary skills. It also gives enough veggies and Paneer to your kids. So delight them.



Preparation Time : 15 Min


Cooking Time : 10 Min


Ingredients :
  • 200gm Paneer cut into pieces 
  • 1 Cup diced vegetables (capsicum, bell peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil for cooking
For Marination :
  • 1 Teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato chilly sause
  • 1 Teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon cornflour
  • Salt according to taste
  • Crushed black pepper according to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • Shashlik stick
Procedure :
  • Wash and cut vegetables and keep them aside
  • For marination : Take a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, tomato chilly sauce, soya sauce, salt, 1 teaspoon olive oil, pepper and cornflour and mix all well



  • Now add paneer to this and keep aside for 5 minutes

  • Now add diced vegetables to this except cherry tomatoes, mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes


  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half sprinkle salt and black pepper to this
  • Now take shashlik stick and arrange cherry tomato, paneer and vegetables as shown in picture or as you wish

  • Take a grill pan brush some oil on this, now keep the paneer and vegetable sticks on pan and cook it on medium flame from all sides




  • Once it is cooked nicely, serve it hot with lemon juice, salad and mint chutney
