Ingredients :
- 4 Slices brown bread
- 2 Tablespoon Avocado dip (for recipe click)
- Small portion of Iceberg lettuce
- 6 Tomato slices
- 6 capsicum slices
- 6 Cottage cheese slices
- 1/2 Avocado cut into long strips
- 6 Cucumber slices
- Crushed black pepper according to taste
- Salt according to taste
Procedure :
- First of all finish all the vegetable cuttings
- Now take bread slices toast it in a toster or pan
- Now assemble the sandwich
- On a flat surface place the 2 bread slices. On one bread apply Avocado dip and on second bread place iceberg lettuce
- On Avocado dip assemble tomato slices, cucumber slices and cottage cheese
- On the other bread slice, arrange capsicum and Avocado strips. Sprinkle black pepper and salt on the sandwich. Now close the sandwich by keeping both the bread slice over each other
- Sandwich is ready cut it diagonally and serve it with salad.......
