Crispy layers....one after another....coming to my mouth keep me wondering in my childhood....how was this made.....suddenly one day I was given a question...."Mom how many layers are there in this patty...can you count". And then I thought to prepare this in front of my daughter so that we can count and make hygienic mouthwatering stuff

For 6 Patty....

  • Now cut the wonton sheets in 4 pieces

  • Take 1 sheet, apply butter on it now place the 2nd sheet and apply butter. Similarly do the same for 3rd and 4th sheet

  • Repeat the above steps with all 6 patties.

  • In a bowl take potato mixture add tomato sauce and green chutney to this. Sauce and chutney are optional but give a spice and tangy twist to patty

  • Now place 1 spoon potato mixture on wonton sheet.

  • Apply flour mixture on the sides and diagonally fold the sheet to give a triangular shape to the patty
  • Now grease the baking tray with butter and place all the patties on tray. Apply butter on all the patties and keep it in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 8 to 10 mins

  • Keep an eye on your patties it should not be over done...
