Ingredients :
- 2 Cup soaked Sabudana ( sago)
- 1/2 Cup roasted and crushed peanuts
- 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
- Few curry leaves
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 2 Tablespoon Cooking oil
Procedure :
- First of all wash Sabudana, drain it and keep aside for 3 - 4 hours and cover it with wet cotton cloth or sprinkle little water
- Now take a kadai add oil heat it now add cumin seeds, curry leaves and chopped green chillies saute it for a minute
- Now add Sabudana to this mix well add roasted and crushed peanuts, salt and mix well well for 2 to 3 minutes
- Now add sugar, lemon juice and coriander mix well and cover it with lid for 3 - 5 min
- Sabudana Khichadi is ready .....
