Paneer Pista and Almond Rolls (Cottage Cheese Pistachio and Almond Rolls)



We all love to have desserts. Cottage Cheese Pistachio and Almond Rolls is a very simple to make and yummy to taste dessert. It is having a softness of cottage cheese with a crunch of nuts like Pistachio and Almond.

Resting Time : 30 Min



Ingredients :
  • 200gm Cottage Cheese grated
  • 2 Table spoon Powdered sugar
  • Pinch of Cardamom Powder (elaichi)
  • 2 to 3 drops of Almond or Vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed pistachio
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon milk if required 
  • Finely Crushed Pistachio for rolling
  • Finely Crushed Almond for rolling
  • Colorful Sugar coated bolls for rolling (optional)
Procedure :
  • In a bowl take grated cottage cheese, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and almond or vanilla essence mix it well
  • Now add crushed pistachio, almond and if required a tablespoon of milk. knead it nicely and form a soft dough
  • Now divide the mixture into 8 equal portion and form a roll shape
  • Now roll  half of this in crushed Pistachio and the other half in almonds. 
  • You can even roll them in colorful sugar bolls, to give it a colorful look for your kids
  • Now keep the rolls in Refrigerator for 30 Min. allow them to set
  • Serve it chilled
