Oreo Cup Cake with White Chocolate Sauce


 Few days back I got a call from my childhood friend that she is visiting my place in next 20 minutes and I was not having enough time to plan something special for her. But suddenly I got an idea she loved chocolates and I was having only Oreo biscuits, few red trutti fruity and white chocolate.
And with these few ingredients I prepared a nice dessert for her in just 5 minutes that too in microwave oven...

Preparation Time : 5 min

Cooking Time : 5 min

Ingredients :

  • 8 Oreo Biscuits (with chocolate cream)
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped white chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoon tutti fruity
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon fruit salt
  • 1/2 Cup milk
For Garnishing :
  • White Chocolate sauce
  • 2 - 3 Oreo biscuits 
Procedure : 
  • In a mixer jar add Oreo biscuits and sugar and make a powdered mixture
  • Now in a bowl transfer Oreo biscuits mixture, add fruit salt to this, now add milk and form a smooth paste. Make sure that the mixture is in a smooth consistency, it should not be very tight nor very thin


  • Take muffin cups and apply oil to it. Now pour the Oreo mixture and add some chopped chocolate and tutti fruity, cover this with Oreo mixture again


  • Microwave this for 5 min on medium temperature 

  • You can check if the muffins are cooked or not by using knife or toothpick.
  • As the muffins are done, let's serve it and make it little bit more interesting 
  • Take a nice glass or bowl add some crushed Oreo biscuits powder to it, now place Oreo muffin, top it with warm white chocolate sauce and garnish this with a piece of Oreo biscuit


Note : for white chocolate sauce, in a bowl take some chopped chocolate add 2 tablespoon of milk and microwave this for 30 sec, mix it and then again microwave this for 30 sec chocolate sauce is ready

Raisin and Black Current Cake with Chocolate Sauce (Egg less)



We love celebrating birthdays of our near and dear ones. We also want to prove that our love is unconditional and we can do many tough tasks comfortably. There are ready to buy enough cakes available in the market. But to convey message of love, doesn’t making cake on your own will be more thrilling and satisfying. Further you don’t need to put eggs (veggies’ delight) in your cake. So I invite you to make your own cake from the comfort of your home and let the whole world know your hidden talent.

Preparation  Time : 15 min

Baking Time : 30 - 35 min

Ingredients :
  • 250 GM Egg less Bake mix ( one packet bake mix easily available in market)
  • 80 GM Butter
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon raisin
  • 2 Tablespoon Black current
For Garnishing :
  • 100gm Dark chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 2 Tablespoon powdered Sugar
  • 8 to 10 cherries
Procedure :
  • Preheat the oven to 180 C
  • In a bowl mix melted butter, bake mix, water, milk and sugar till a smooth batter is formed
  • Now add raisin and black current to the batter and mix it gently 

  • Now take a baking pan grease it with butter and dust with a flour and pour the cake batter in it

  • Bake at 180 C for 30 min or till it is cooked from all side . You can use a toothpick to check f the cake is done or not

  • For icing take a dark chocolate in a bowl add 2 tablespoon  of milk microwave this for 30 seconds mix it well your chocolate sauce is ready.

  • Now in a plate place your cake and pour chocolate sauce unevenly over it. Allow it to set for an hour in refrigerator 

  • Now in a strainer take powdered sugar dust it over your cake garnish it with cherries...... Your  Egg less Raisin and Black current Cake with chocolate Sauce is ready...... Enjoy it with your loved once.....
