Colourful Bread Patties

Colourful Bread Patties

This can be served at any time. As it is very colorful snack, kids will really enjoy it and as we know that kids don't like vegetable but sweet corn is their favorite so I have mixed vegetables with sweet corn to make it healthy and tasty for kids....

  • Take oil in a kadai, once it is hot, deep fry the bread wrap. Once it is done take it out on a kitchen towel so that the excess oil gets removed.

Tip : If your kids enjoy cheese add a small cube of pizza cheese to vegetable filling they will melt and give a creamy texture to vegetables
