Buttermilk is very refreshing and healthy drink for summers. Let's give a twist to our classic butter milk by adding ginger, sugar and tempering of asafoetida, curry leaves, cumin seeds....

Ingredients :
- 2 Cup curd
- 2 Cup cold water
- 8 - 10 Ice cubes
- 1 Teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon black salt
- 1 Teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 Teaspoon coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Teaspoon curry leaves chopped
- Pinch of crushed black pepper
- Salt according to taste
- 1 Teaspoon oil
- Pinch of asafoetida
- 1/2 Teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 Teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 Teaspoon coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Teaspoon curry leaves chopped
- Few fried curry leaves
- In a mixer take curd, cold water, ice cubes, sugar, black salt, ginger, coriander, curry leaves, black pepper and salt. Blend all the ingredients nicely
- On the other side for tempering take a pan add oil . Heat it now add cumin seed and mustard seed. When they splutter add asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped coriander. Add this tempering to your butter milk mixture
- Masala butter milk is ready serve it with a few fried curry leaves.
