Ingredients :
- 250 gm Dark cooking chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- Few drops vanilla essence
- 1 Tablespoon coffee powder
- 2 Cup whipped cream
- 1/2 Cup water
- 8 - 10 Marie gold biscuit
- 1/2 Cup whipped cream
- 1 Tablespoon chocolate vermicelli
- First Combine the dark chocolate and milk and place it in microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 1 min. Remove this from microwave and mix it gently till it is smooth
- Now in a bowl take whipped cream, vanilla essence and chocolate mixture, fold all these ingredients together
- In a pan boil half cup of water and mix coffee powder to this keep it aside
- Now take a serving glass. first of all take a Marie gold biscuit dip it in coffee mixture place it in a bottom of glass. Now repeat this step with other biscuits and cover the side of glass
- Now pour the chocolate mousse over it
- Now refrigerate this for 3 to 4 hours
- Before serving it add a spoon of whipped cream to it and garnish it with chocolate vermicelli...
