Peanut Butter Mousse
We have all been through the nerve wracking year 12th grade is. There is the pressure of practicals, boards and various competitive exams. This year, my daughter is facing the same and I want to deliver the comfort she craves during this time. While we can't allow breaks and movies, we can definitely eliminate any inconvenience they face. Hence, I prepared this dish. Winters made her crave something sweet but not the heavy Gajar ka Halwa. She loves Snickers but also wants CREAM!!!! So, I made something sweet and creamy and I hope this would help in bringing you closer to the people you love in nerve wracking times like these, like it did for me and my daughter.
