Ginger Garlic Bites

Garlic Bites

I think I am writing this blog post after a long time, busy with lots of personal stuff. I was part of a start up venture while I was writing my blog. But soon I realised that with my job, I wasn't able to devote any time to the blog. So recently I decided to take a break and concentrate on my blog.

As we all know winters are going on and during this time we can enjoy lots of green vegetables. Recently, a friend of mine visited me for a lunch date and I had to prepare the same. So, I went to the market and noticed lots of green veggies. I was planning to make Makke ki Roti with Sarson ka Saag for main course and wanted to prepare something for starters. I saw fresh green Garlic with an enticing aroma. So, I prepared a very simple starter with only 5 ingredients- Boiled Potatoes, Green Garlic, Green Chilli, Ginger and bread crumbs

If you like Garlic flavour then you will certainly enjoy this dish. I served this with an effortless green Tomato and Garlic chutney which complements each other and the starter gracefully. My friend relished it and I hope you will feel the same. Do share your experience.
