Guava Slush

Grava Slush


Guava is one of my favourite fruit. Being from north India and Kanpur I enjoyed lots of guava in my childhood. Just trying to give my favourite fruit flavour in a drink. This is very cool and refreshing with a nice light green colour and mint enhances its freshness ..... altogether perfect summer drink...

Serves : 4

Preparation Time : 10 Min

Cooking Time : 0 Min

Ingredients :


  • 2 Ripe guavas
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoon honey
  • Hand full of mint leaves
  • 200 ml Soda water
  • 2 cup Crushed Ice 
Procedure :
  • Take guava, wash it, cut it into half and scoop out the middle portion. (make sure seeds are removed)

  • Now in a mixer add guava and puree it 


  • Now add lemon juice, mint leaves, honey mix it nicely add soda water and crushed ice in guava puree and blend all ingredients together nicely till you get a smooth texture






  • Serve it chilled...

Sunset Slush

Sunset Slush

Colorful drink with lots of flavour of mint, lime, orange, rose........ to color your sunset sky



Preparation Time : 10 Min

Cooking Time : 0 Min

Serving : 2


Ingredients :


  • 1 Cup Crushed Ice
  • 2 Tablespoon Blue Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoon Orange Crush
  • 2 Tablespoon Roohafza  or Rose Syrup
  • 300ml Soda Water
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • Few Mint Leaves  Chopped
For Presentation :
  • Few Lemon Slice crushed with mint leaves
  • Few Cherries
Procedure :
  • Take a Glass add bit of crushed lemon slice with mint leaves now pour crushed ice in a glass press it nicely add a tablespoon of Roohafza syrup to it
  • Now add  more crushed ice to glass and press it nicely add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to this then one tablespoon of Blue syrup. slowly add some more ice to the glass and press it nicely and add one tablespoon of orange crush to this

  • Now slowly add Soda water to the glass
  • Garnish it with crushed mint leaves and lemon slice.


  • Serve it with some cherry and enjoy your sunset slush
