Fruit Yogurt

Fruit Yogurt - Healthy, Creamy, Full of taste  

Time to say bye bye to winters and to welcome summers. Very confusing time for parents. Kids want ice-cream, parents are cautious and advising kids to wait for the right time to come.

This option of Fruit Yogurt is having all the yummi-ness of ice-cream. To make it more colorful, attractive and content rich, I have added fruits like kiwi, strawberry, cherry and hidden almonds so our kids are getting enough nutrition.

This can be a great option to treat your guests and yourself during fasting days. So enjoy and spread love and happiness around...





Preparation Time : 10 Min and 2 Hours for resting

Cooking Time : 0 Min

Ingredients : 



  • 400 gm curd 
  • 1 Tablespoon icing sugar
  • Few drops vanilla essence 
  • Cut fruits (I used Kiwi and strawberry)
  • Sliced almonds 1/2 tablespoon
  • Few cherries for garnishing 
Procedure : 
  • Take curd in muslin cloth and hung it in a cool and dry place for 2 hours. So that all the extra water gets removed 



  • Take fruits wash then and chop them

  • In a bowl take hung curd whisk it for 3 to 4 minutes



  • Now add icing sugar and 4 to 5 drops of vanilla essence to hung curd and whisk it 


  • Now add sliced almonds to this and mix it well


  • Take a serving glass add chopped fruits top it with hung curd mixture 



  • Garnish with cherry and fruits 


  • Keep it in refrigerator to make it chilled 

  • Enjoy with your friends and family ...



Tip :  You can add fruits according to your taste

Weekend Special Fruit Sundae

I am sure every one likes Ice creams.  For weekend we all plan something special for our family. To pamper someone this really works...... Mango, Kiwi, Vanilla ice-cream, Strawberry ice-cream, nuts, brownie ...... what else is required .....



Preparation Time : 10 Min

Cooking Time : 0 Min

Serves : 2

Ingredients :
  • 2 Scoop Vanilla Ice-cream
  • 2 Scoop Strawberry Ice-cream
  • 1 Cup chopped Kiwi Fruit
  • 1 Cup chopped Mango
  • 1 Cup diced brownie 
  • 1 Tablespoon crushed cashew nut
  • 1 Table spoon Rose syrup
  • 1 Table spoon tooty-fruity
For Presentation :
  • Kiwi Sliced.
  • Few Cherry
  • 2 Strawberry Roll
Procedure :
  • Take a nice glass add few diced brownie pieces then a scoop of vanilla Ice-cream
  • Now add 1 tablespoon chopped mangoes half side of glass and 1 tablespoon of chopped kiwi on the other side

  • Now press the fruits slowly and add a scoop of strawberry ice-cream. Garnish it with crushed nuts, tooty-fruity and top it with a spoon of rose syrup
  • Before serving add a strawberry roll, cherry and kiwi slice
  • Weekend Special surprise is ready. Serve it to your beloved ones

Tips : You Can change the flavor of Ice-cream according to your taste and even the choice of fruits. So always try some thing new in your cooking. This one is loaded with calories but weekends are special so ........
