Ingredients :
- 1 Cup cooked rice
- 1 Cup cooked and coarsely crushed sweet corns
- 1 Tablespoon cooked sweet corns
- 1 Medium size boiled and grated potato
- 2 Tablespoon grated cottage cheese
- 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
- 2 Chopped green chillies
- 2 Tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
- Salt according to taste
- Crushed black pepper according to taste
- 1 Teaspoon chat masala
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 Cup bread crumbs for coating
Procedure :
- Finish all cutting and chopping
- In a bowl take cooked rice, add grated potato, cottage cheese, crushed sweet corns, sweet corns and bread crumbs
- Add other ingredients, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt. Crushed pepper and chat masala
- Now mix this mixture nicely and form a dough
- Divide the mixture in equal portions and form small round balls
- In a plate, take bread crumbs and roll these balls in bread crumbs nicely
- In a pan heat oil and deep fry 3 to 4 balls at a time till they are golden brown in color and cooked from all sides
- Rice Corn Balls are ready to serve hot with red and green chutney.....
