  • 1/2 Cup coriander leaves
  • 2 to 3 green chiles
  • 1 medium size green tomato
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt according to your taste
Procedure :

For chutney :
  • Add all the chutney ingredients in a mixer jar and mix it well. your chutney is ready keep it aside
For Dhokla :
  • In a bowl soak rice and both dals in water for an hour or two

  • In a mixer add soaked rice and dals along with green chilly, ginger and salt and grind it nicely, till you get a smooth paste

  • In a bowl take this mixture, add curd and 1 tablespoon of oil, mix it well

  • Keep this mixture aside in a warm place for eight to ten hours so that the mixture gets fermented

  • Once the batter is fermented, add sugar and lemon juice to this mixture and mix well

  • Grease the dhokla plates

  • Now add fruit salt to the batter and mix it

  • Pour batter in dhokla plates and repeat the steps with rest of the plates

  • keep this in a steamer and steam dhokla for 15 to 18 minutes

  • Once it is down, do a knife check. If knife comes clean that means dhokla is cooked properly. Take it out on a platter

  • Take one dhokla from plate apply green chutney on it as shown in picture. Now place the second dhokla on it

For Tadka (tempering) :
  • In a pan add a tablespoon of oil
