Fruit Chaat Shots

Fruit Chaat

Fruit chat is one of all time favourite serving which is served in all types of parties. But we usually serve it in a traditional way and it became soggy, so it does not look that attractive. Few days back I arranged a friends get together, the very first think in mind was to have a healthy and light food so fruit chat was the perfect option abut I wanted to serve it in some new way. So prepared Fruit Chat Shots every one liked it as it was full of flavour and crunch of canapés

  • Chat masala according to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • Black salt according to taste
  • 10 Canapés (readymade available in market)

  • Now deseed fruits and chop them into pieces or if you want to give a different look to your fruit chat cut the fruits with cookie cutter as I used.

  • Once all the cutting and chopping is over, take a bowl add all the fruits add lemon juice, honey, black salt, chat masala and roughly chopped mint leaves. Mix them all very gently

  • Now take canapés arrange then in a baking tray and bake it in a pre heated oven for 2 minutes

  • Now fill canapés with fruit chat and garnish them with mint leaves.

Fruit Salad

  • Your simple but exotic fruit chat is ready to be served in your party ....

Tips :
  • You can use any other melon
  • you can add mango, banana or pineapple or any other seasonal fruit
  • If canapés is not available you can use chat basket
  • If you are using cutter for chopping fruits then you have some waste portion of fruits which can be used for making juice
