Fresh Green Salad is not only good for health but it is also very refreshing. But it is very difficult to make our kids eat healthy salad. However, if we do some crazy innovation to our "healthy green salad" I am sure your kids will enjoy it till the bowl is empty.
Preparation Time: 15 Min
Cooking Time : 5 Min
Ingredients :
- Iceberg 4 - 5 leaves
- Red, Yellow & Green Capsicum: 1 Cup cut into square pieces
- Tomato cut into pieces without seed
- Sweet corn half cup steamed
- Spring onion greens chopped
- Macroni 1 cup boiled
- Pineapple tits bits half cup
Dressing :
- 1 Spoon lemon Juice
- 1 Spoon olive oil
- 1 Table Spoon Honey
- Crushed Black pepper half tea spoon
- Finely chopped mint leaves
- Salt according to taste
Presentation :
- Few black olives
- Some crushed & roasted Peanuts

ReplyDeleteVery Healthy and looks so tasty, Good work there Meera, keep posting . Anika likes salad alot, i never tried Honey & peanuts, will do it for sure. Also u can add some pomegranate seeds(fresh.) and grapes(green/red- cut into half.) to garnish as per taste!
