Banana Pumpkin Seed Smoothie

To prepare this smoothie you need to plan a bit early, at least 8 to 10 hours. As we need to freeze banana
and soak the seeds overnight.
It's a very Simple, healthy and easy recipe. Only thing is that preparation time is a bit more, as we need to freeze
Banana and soak the seeds overnight. If we are not soaking overnight, at least 4 to 5 hours is needed.

Ingredients :
- Banana 2 medium size one frozen and one for garnishing
- Pumpkin seed 1 tablespoon
- Sunflower seed 1 tablespoon
- Flex seed 1 tablespoon
- Peanut butter 1 Tablespoon
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Ice Cubes
- Honey 1 teaspoon its optional if required
Procedure :
- Take a banana peel it, cut into small pieces and keep it in a freezer for 8 to 10 hours
- Soak Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds and flex seeds in a 1/2 cup of water for overnight
- In a blender take frozen banana, soaked seeds, peanut butter, Milk , ice cubes and honey if you want blend all the ingredients till it is smooth
- Now transfer this into a bowl top it with sliced banana, roasted seeds and some peanut butter
- Enjoy
Tips :
- You can add Almonds to this
- Peanut butter is also optional
- If you like chocolate flavour you can add chocolate sauce to this
