Ingredients :
- 2 Raw banana boiled and peeled
- 1 Boiled potato
- 100 gm Paneer grated (cottage cheese)
- 2 Tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon of roasted and crushed peanuts
- 2 Chopped green chillies
- 2 Tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 Teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt according to taste
- Chilly powder according to taste
For Coating :
- 2 Tablespoon roasted and crushed Peanuts
- 1 Tablespoon bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Procedure :
- Boil potato and banana, keep them aside. Finish cutting and chopping of green chillies and coriander
- Roast peanuts and blend them in a mixer
- Now take a bowl, add boiled potato and banana, mash them together
- Now add grated paneer to this, roasted peanuts, bread crumbs, green chilly, chopped coriander, salt and chilly powder, mix all ingredients together and form a dough as shown in picture
- Now form a balls from this dough
- In a plate take crushed peanuts and breadcrumbs and mix them well. Now roll balls over this mixture and keep aside
- Now In a pan take oil for frying and once the oil is hot, fry these balls on medium flame and fry till they turn light golden brown in color
- Take out the balls on paper napkin to remove excess oil
- Serve hot with tea or coffee ...
