Marble Chocolate @ Home

Marble Chocolate @ Home

I love chocolates. Since my childhood I got attracted towards fancy chocolates. Now a days it's so simple to prepare chocolates at home as all the material is easily available in the market.
Today when I went to the market I saw full market flooded with Christmas and New Year articles. I saw a chocolate mould plate with Christmas theme shapes so I picked one and thought to prepare chocolates for friends and family

For 12 - 15 pieces

Preparation Time : 5 Min

Cooking Time :

  • For microwave 2 Min
  • For Gas stove 5 to 7 Min
Resting Time : 5 to 7 Min

Ingredients :
  • 1/2  Cup chopped white compound
  • 1/2  Cup chopped dark compound
  • Dry fruits of your choice (I used hassle nuts, raisins, almonds and cashew nuts)
  • Chocolate moulds
Procedure :
  • Chop dark and white compounds and keep it in two separate bowls

  • Now melt the chocolate compounds. If you are using microwave then microwave the chopped compound for 1 minute at medium temperature. Now rake it out and mix it well if chocolate is fully melted you will get a smooth chocolate otherwise microwave it for 30 more seconds. Make sure that the chocolate should not be over cooked
  • If you are using gas stove create a double boiler. Take water in pan, heat it and take another bowl which is having chopped chocolate compound keep it on the the pan in which water is heating. Make sure that you should continuously mix the chocolate till it is completely melted
  • Now take a chocolate mould  make sure it is dry. To make a marvel chocolate pour 1/2 side of mould with white chocolate place some dryfruits and now fill the mould with dark chocolate

  • You can repeat this step for all the moulds. Once done, tap the moulds so that the air bubbles are not formed
  • Now keep this in freezer for 5 minutes. After 5 to 7 minutes remove this and tap the moulds to de-mould the chocolates

  • Your marvel chocolates are ready ........ surprise your kids and family..... Or you can wrap this and gift it to your friends ... And wish them marry Christmas .....

Note : Make sure that you should not over cook the chocolate. There should not be a single drop of water in utensils and mould and don't keep the chocolate in freezer for long.
