Ingredients

Ingredients :

• 1 Lemon juice
• 1 Tablespoon sugar syrup
• 1 Cup crushed ice
• Pinch of black salt
• 1 Teaspoon sabja seeds (Basil Seed)
• 1 Tablespoon rose syrup
• 2 Cup chilled soda water

For Presentation :

• Lemon Slice
• Straw

Procedure :

•  Drain  the water out of the pre soaked sabja seeds and keep aside
• In a shaker add lemon juice, sugar syrup and salt mix it well. now add sabja seeds and rose syrup to this. Mix well
•  Take a glass put some crushed ice to this then pour chilled soda water and top it with the rose mixture
• Serve it chilled with a garnish of lemon slice
