Veg Patty Burger

Here comes a burger which is junk free, full of nutrition for your kids and mouth watering for adults even.

Preparation Time : 20 Min

Cooking Time : 15 Min

Ingredients : 
Ingredients
  • Burger buns 2
  • Boiled  & grated potatoes 2
  • French beans 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • Onion 1 medium size choppes
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1 finely chopped
  • Green, Red & Yellow capsicum 1/2 cup chopped
  • Green peas boiled 1/2 cup
  • Green chilly 2 chopped
  • Coriander leaves few chopped
  • Brown bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Cornflour 2 Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilly powder to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying   
For Presentation :
  • Tomato slices few
  • Caramelized onion rings 1/2 cup
  • Green capsicum rings few
  • Processed cheese slice
  • Tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoon
  • lettuce leaves 3-4  
  • black olive 2
  • Tooth pick 2

Procedure :


For Vegetable Patty
  • Mix boiled & grated potatoes, french beans, onion, sweet corn, carrot, (green, red & yellow) capsicum, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt, red chilly powder and 2 tablespoon bread crumbs.
  • Make a smooth dough oh this mixture
  • Now make a round  shape patty from this mixture.
  • Make a cornflour mixture with 1/2 cup water dip your vegetable patty in this cornflour mixture.
  • Now transfer these vegetable patty to bread crumbs, roll it nicely.
  • Take a frying pan just add 1 tablespoon of oil, place your vegetable patty in it, shallow fry it from both the sides.
  • As it has nice brown color on both sides


For Burger :
  • Take burger bun cut it into two from middle
  • Apply butter on both side and toast it on tava .
  • Now mix Mayonnaise and tomato sauce together and apply it on bun lower part.
  • Keep the lettuce leaf on it then veg patty.
  • On veg patty keep tomato slice, capsicum slice and Caramelized onion rings on it.
  • At last cheese slice.
  • Now cover it with the upper part of bun. take a olive with tooth pick fix it on burger.
  • Serve it with salad & fries.
