Cranberry Chocolate Bar

This recipe is dedicated to all women: It is an acknowledgment of their sacrifices and a reminder that they are not alone, no matter what. This women's day feel the pride in overcoming all the discriminatory obstacles you faced, reward yourself for not giving up despite the "rules" of your society. Pamper yourself with this recipe, let the white chocolate bring you the comfort of a break and familiarity of love. Cranberry is known for its health benefits and is hence considered a super food. Today leave the restraints of an independent working woman or a dedicated homemaker behind and be a woman, an individual who is not someone's daughter, mother or sister but someone. This women's day, ladies keep your heels, head and standards high.






Preparation Time : 10 - 15 min

Cooking Time : 1 - 2 min

Ingredients : 

  • White chocolate compound 250 gm
  • Cranberry dried 100 gm
  • Pistachio nuts sliced 1 tbs
  • Rose petals 10 -15
  • Rose essence 2 -3 drops
  • Butter paper 1 sheet



Procedure :  

  • Chop white chocolate compound and keep aside 


  • In a bowl take dried cranberry, rose petals and sliced pistachio nuts 


  • Now melt the chocolate . for this you can use microwave or double boiler whatever is easy for you . make sure chocolate is not overcooked.
  • I used microwave so keep chopped chocolate in microwave for 1 minute on 600 temp. Now take out the bowl and mix the chocolate if it is as smooth as shown in picture then its fine. Otherwise keep it in microwave for 30 secs. Once you get a smooth texture add a 2 to 3 drops of rose essence and mix it again.  


  • Now take a butter paper sheet spread it 

  • Pour the chocolate mixture on sheet. 

  • sprinkle pistachio nuts, cranberry and rose petals 


  • Keep this in refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes. Once it is set Cut it into desired shape 


  • Enjoy and pamper yourself

Seeds and Vegetable Cutlets 





Nowadays I am trying to add super food like pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in my food, so as you all know I prepared Smoothie, mixture but still something is missing, as I always enjoy making snacks and starters.

So today for tea time I thought of making vegetable cutlets with a twist of seeds. It came out so well. I was happy that I have served a nice and healthy cutlet which is full of vegetables like spinach, carrot, paneer along with goodness and crunch of super foods.

I ordered Sunflower seeds and Pumpkin seeds online from Puremart. I liked the quality of seeds, they all are fresh and hand picked



Preparation Time :  15 min

Cooking Time : 15 to 20 Min

Ingredients :


  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 2 medium size
  • Carrot grated 1
  • Spinach shredded 1 cup
  • Paneer grated 1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin seed roasted 1 tablespoon
  • Sunflower seed roasted 1 tablespoon
  • Bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  • Ginger grated 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli 2 chopped
  • Coriander chopped 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chilli powder according to your taste
  • Chat Masala 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 1 Tablespoon for cooking
Procedure :  
  • Finish all cutting and chopping

  • In a pan dry roast Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and once it is roasted, coarsely grind it in a mixer and keep aside



  • In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, grated carrot, spinach, paneer, roasted seed powder, green chillies, coriander, ginger, lemon juice, bread crumbs 1 tablespoon, salt, chilli powder and chat masala. Mix all the ingredients nicely








  • Take a small portion of this mixture on your palm and give it a round shape.

  • In a separate plate take 2 tablespoon of bread crumbs. Roll this mixture tikki on bread crumbs nicely as shown in picture



  • Repeat the step with rest of the mixture

  • In a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil , place your Seeds and Vegetable Cutlets on pan and shallow fry it from both sides, till it is golden brown from both the sides



  • You can enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee 


Tip :  
  • If you don't have bread crumbs, take a fresh bread and grind it in mixer
  • You can add any other vegetable of your choice like beans, corns or capsicum

Banana Pumpkin Seed Smoothie 

Another healthy option for breakfast Frozen Banana Pumpkin seed smoothie. In Association with 
#Puremart and #Kukclean.
To prepare this smoothie you need to plan a bit early, at least 8 to 10 hours. As we need to freeze banana 
and soak the seeds overnight.

It's a very Simple, healthy and easy recipe. Only thing is that preparation time is a bit more, as we need to freeze 
Banana and soak the seeds overnight. If we are not soaking overnight, at least 4 to 5 hours is needed.






Preparation Time :  8 to 10 hours

Cooking time :  2 - 3 min

Ingredients :  



  • Banana 2 medium size one frozen and one for garnishing
  • Pumpkin seed 1 tablespoon
  • Sunflower seed 1 tablespoon
  • Flex seed 1 tablespoon
  • Peanut butter 1 Tablespoon
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Ice Cubes
  • Honey 1 teaspoon its optional if required
Procedure :  
  • Take a banana peel it, cut into small pieces and keep it in a freezer for 8 to 10 hours

  • Soak Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds and flex seeds in a 1/2 cup of water for overnight

  • In a blender take frozen banana, soaked seeds, peanut butter, Milk , ice cubes and honey if you want blend all the ingredients till it is smooth





  • Now transfer this into a bowl top it with sliced banana, roasted seeds and some peanut butter



  • Enjoy 



Tips :   
  • You can add Almonds to this 
  • Peanut butter is also optional 
  • If you like chocolate flavour you can add chocolate sauce to this
